The number of active projects depends on your plan. Essential includes 1 active project, Professional includes 2, and Partner includes 3. Additional requests can be added to your queue and begin as active projects are completed or awaiting feedback.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your plan from your client portal. Upgrades take effect right away, and downgrades start on your next billing date.
Everything happens in your client portal. Messages, feedback, file uploads, and progress tracking all live in one place, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. If something needs a real conversation, we can schedule a call.
Yes. Once your project is complete and your subscription is in good standing, you receive full ownership of the final approved design files. We also provide source files where your plan includes them.
A few things always come from you, whatever your plan. Photos: we don’t offer photography, so you supply your own or licensed stock images. Numbers and data: we build charts and graphs from the figures you provide, but interpreting them is up to you. Testimonials and reviews: we only use real ones you give us, never invented ones. Copy: we can write and polish it, but we need key points or facts to start from. Medical content: for legal reasons, anything medical or medicine-related must come to us fully written, as we don’t write it.
